Shipping Policy

Shipping for all orders placed will be calculated and priced by total weight of your order. We do not offer free or discounted shipping at this time.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued with exception of a broken candle upon delivery of your candle.

If you receive a candle and it is broken, please visit our "Contact" page and submit a claim. Once the claim is received by us, we will reach out to you. We understand we have no control over our packages once in transit to you so we will do what we can to make a broken candle whole again.
